Former three-division world champion John Riel "Quadro Alas" Casimero is taking his training to the next level as he prepares for a crucial December comeback fight.

In a recent post on his official Facebook page "Quadro Alas it's my boy," Casimero was seen biking on a steep road with the caption "Palig-on usa ta sa Paa mga Boss" — a Bisaya phrase meaning "Let's strengthen our legs first, bosses."

The video, which shows Casimero pushing hard on a steep uphill climb, proves that the Filipino slugger is focused on rebuilding his leg and knee strength after months of inactivity.

Sources indicate that Casimero is being lined up for a December showdown against Mexican warrior Sebastian Hernandez — an undefeated pressure fighter known for his relentless, non-stop punching and incredible stamina. Hernandez is described as a fighter who never gets tired of throwing punches.
This is exactly why Casimero's current training is so intense. Biking on steep terrain, early morning road work, and leg-strengthening exercises are crucial if he wants to last 12 rounds against a high-volume Mexican opponent.

"Palig-on usa ta sa Paa mga Boss #Paldo #fbreels #fyp viral," Casimero wrote in his post.
Fans were quick to react positively to the post, seeing it as a sign that Casimero is serious about his return. Quadro Alas appears determined to prove he is ready to return to world title contention.

If Casimero vs Hernandez pushes through in December, it will be a dangerous test for the Filipino star. But if his knee and leg strengthening program continues like this, he will have a strong chance of beating the Mexican warrior.
An official announcement for Casimero's December fight is expected soon.
